Send a Keep note to another app
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Keep app .
- Tap a note you want to send.
- In the bottom right, tap Action .
- Tap Send .
- Pick an option: To copy the note as a Google Doc, tap Copy to Google Docs. Otherwise, tap Send via other apps. Pick an app to copy your note's contents into.
You can try Google's excellent note-taking app, Google Keep. It's now a robust notetaking service available everywhere from the web, Chrome, Android to iOS. And Google hasn't created an automatic importer. This means you'll have to manually import notes from Apple Notes to Google Keep.
Find notes shared with you
- On your Android phone or tablet, tap Settings .
- Tap Accounts Google .
- Select the Google Account the note has been shared with.
- On the "Sync" screen, find and turn on Keep.
Perform a Gmail™ Sync - Samsung Galaxy Note® II
- From a home screen, select Apps.
- From the Apps tab, select Settings.
- Select Google.
- Select the account.
- Select the appropriate data synchronization options (e.g. Sync Contacts, Sync Gmail, Sync Calendar, etc.) to enable / disable.
Sync your dataFrom Settings, tap Accounts and backup, and then tap Samsung Cloud. Tap More Options, and then tap Settings. Tap Sync and auto backup settings, and then tap the Sync tab. Next, tap the switch next to your desired apps to turn auto sync on or off for them.
If your device has SD card and your android OS is lower than 5.0, your notes will be backed up to the SD card. If your device doesn't have SD card or if your android OS is 5.0 (or higher version), your notes will be backed up to the internal storage of your device.
Method # 2: Export Google Keep Notes to Another Account Using Google Takeout
- First of all, login to the Google account.
- Then, click on My Account >> Personal info & Security >> Control your content >> Create Archive.
- In this step, go to the Select data to include & choose the archive file type and size.

You can also share notes as an SDOC if you are going to export Samsung notes to another Samsung Galaxy device.
Google Keep Notes is a note taking app. It's connected directly to the Google Drive experience. There is also a web version, a Google Chrome extension, and mobile apps for both Android and iOS. The app features a simple UI, plenty of simple customization features, and support for Google's Wear OS.
After deleting a note, you have seven days to
recover it. On your computer, go to https://

Recover deleted notes
- In the top-left corner, click Menu Trash .
- Click a note to open it.
- To move a note out of the trash, open it and click More. Restore.
Sharing a note makes it available in your Google Keep notes and in everyone else's Keep app. You can all view it, edit it, add to it and so on, just like it was your own. Everyone can see the changes you make and everyone is kept up to date because it is automatically synced to everyone.
As reported by Android Police the app will be removed from the Google Play Store from December 1, 2020. As of now, the app has been pulled off from both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. For existing users, the app will work until December 1, 2020. After that, it will “stop being supported”.
When you have the previous device
- Open ColorNote and go to the device backup screen on the previous device. [Menu -> Backup -> Tap 'Device' in the upper bar] or [Settings -> Backup]
- Manually back up notes. [Press 'Backup Notes' -> Enter master password -> Done]
All you have to do is open any note in Google Keep, either from the Web or the app. Then, click or the overflow menu (three dots) and choose Copy to Google Doc. You'll see a pop-up alert confirming that the note has been copied, and a link to the newly created document.
Recover deleted notes
- On your Android phone or tablet, open Keep .
- In the top-left corner, tap Menu Trash .
- Click or tap a note to open it.
- To move a note out of the trash, tap Action. Restore.
How to use Google Keep
- Step 1: Download the Google Keep app. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play app . Find the Google Keep app.
- Step 2: Get started. You can create, edit, organize, and archive notes. Create or edit a note.
- Step 3: Share & work with others. To let someone see and edit your note, share the note with them.
Open the Gmail app, make sure you're signed in to the right Gmail account, then tap the three-lined icon in the top left. Next, scroll down and tap on "Notes" under Labels. Here, you should find all of your notes from the Notes app. If Notes hasn't synced with Gmail yet, you might find the note you're looking for here.
To make sure Notes syncing is turned on from an iOS device, go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Notes and make sure the switch is turned to “on.” If it's off, then turn it back on again and check back later after it's had some time to sync.
How to transfer your notes from an iPhone to a Windows PC free
- Tap Settings > iCloud.
- Sign in the iCloud with your Apple ID. You'll find the categories in the iCloud.
- Tap "Notes" to ON and then iCloud will automatically upload them to the cloud service.
- Install iCloud on your PC and enter the same Apple ID to enter it, and then you can get the notes on your computer.
Gmail creates the new label called Notes when you enable Notes in Gmail as explained in section 2 above. Now to view the notes, log into your Gmail account on a browser or the app. On the browser, look for the Notes label in the left sidebar. On the mobile app, swipe right from the left sidebar and tap on Notes.
Here are detailed steps about how to transfer notes from your iPhone to computer.
- Go to Settings > iCloud on iPhone, and then sign in the iCloud.
- Turn “Notes” on and then iCloud will automatically upload them to the cloud service.
Instructions
- Launch iMazing and connect your device.
- In the left sidebar, select Notes.
- Select the note(s) you want to export.
- In the bottom toolbar, click the Export button.
- In the dialog box, select where you want to export your files, and click Choose.
The Solution: iCloudOpen the Settings app on one device, tap your name to open the Apple ID screen, then select iCloud. Turn on the toggle switches next to every category of app and content that you want to sync between the iPhone and iPad. Repeat this process with the second device.
Here's how to do it:
- Open the Notes App on your iPhone.
- Select the note that you want to backup, tap on the share icon and choose "Mail".
- Type in your email address in the recipient filed and press "Send".
- Access your email on your computer and download the Notes to your computer.
Open the Settings app on your device.
- At the top of the Settings menu, tap on your name and Apple ID.
- In the Apple ID menu, tap "iCloud."
- Under "Apps using iCloud," toggle the "Contacts" switch to the on position.
- Select "System Preferences" in the dropdown menu.
On your iPhone, open the Notes app and select the note you wish to send. Tap the Share button in the top-right corner and select Mail. Enter your own email address in the "To" field, and send the email. Ensure that your Android phone is set up with the same email account, and open your email app to receive your note.
