Never had a problem with. I also have other Tp-link devices like a 5 port switch, usb ethernet adapter and a 4 port usb 3.0 hubthey all work great. Mine has been reliable so far haven't had any issues and I've never had to reset it. It is a lot better than my previous Linksys e1200.
For a large apartment or average home, TP-Link Archer C2300 or Netgear Nighthawk R7000P will do the job. If you still asking, which brand is better, for us, the TP-Link is a winner. They have better prices, great quality, tons of interesting routers and decent customer service.
