No, there is no separate fee to enter Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. However, Disneyland guests will be required to have a no-cost (free) reservation to enter the land from its opening on May 31 to June 23, 2019.
Reservations no longer needed to visit Star Wars Galaxy's Edge, but that doesn't mean you'll get in. Virtual queues have been added to popular experiences like Oga's Cantina and Savi's Workshop. Reservations can be made through the Disneyland app or through the park's website and a deposit will be required.

Star Wars Land reservations are free. You don't need to pay anything extra to get into “Galaxy's Edge.” You do, however, need to purchase Disneyland admission.
