Spreadsheets now have an "Anyone can edit this document without logging in" option in their share tab, turning your document into a wiki that tracks changes in real time and can email you a summary.
Up to 100 people with view, edit, or comment permissions can work on a Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides file at the same time. When more than 100 people are accessing a file, only the owner and some users with editing permissions can edit the file.
To change the settings, open your document and click Share on the top right. Under the section titled “Specific people can access,” click Change. In the Sharing Settings dialog, choose 'Anyone' with the link. Then at the bottom of the dialog, under access, click 'Can view' and, if necessary, change it to 'Can edit'.
Share a single item using a link
- Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides.
- In the top right corner, click Share.
- Click "Get shareable link" in the top right of the "Share with others" box.
- To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to "Anyone with the link."
Open the homescreen for Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Google Slides. Open or select a file or folder. Select Restricted. Click Done.
Important:
- Open the homescreen for Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Google Slides.
- Select a file or folder.
- Click Share or Share .
- Find the person you want to stop sharing with.
- To the right of their name, click the Down arrow. Remove.
- To save changes, click Save.
How many people can edit a Google Docs file simultaneously? Well, with documents and presentations, up to 10 people can work on the file at the same time. Up to 50 people can edit a Google Docs spreadsheet together. And Google Docs allows up to 200 simultaneous viewers of any type of Google Docs file.
Google Drive can automatically transform any PDF into a Google Doc, allowing you to edit the text as you will. Click Open with > Google Docs. Google Drive will automatically convert the PDF to a document you can edit.
According to the Official GMail Blog you should be able to do this already: Just click the "View" link at the bottom of a Gmail message and the viewer will take it from there. If you decide you want to edit the file, clicking "Edit online" will open it in Google Docs, or you can download it to your desktop from there.
Steps to Edit PDF in Google Docs
- Upload a PDF. Log in to Google Drive with your account.
- Open with Google Docs. Right-click the PDF file that you uploaded and select "Open with > Google Docs".
- Edit PDF in Google Docs. Once the PDF file is opened, you are able to edit the text in it now.
Using Handwriting Input in Google DocsWith a document open, choose the More menu item to find it. The same handwriting window will appear for Google Docs as it did for Gmail above. Write out the words and then choose an auto-populated word or phrase to enter it.
You can either click on File on the Google Docs toolbar and choose Save and close (which will close your spreadsheet and return you to the main Google Docs screen), or click on the Save button in the upper right-hand corner.

How to edit PDF files:
- Open a file in Acrobat DC.
- Click the “Edit PDF” tool in the right pane.
- Use Acrobat editing tools: Add new text, edit text or update fonts using selections from the Format list.
- Save your edited PDF: Name your file and click the “Save” button.
Get permission to open a file
- Open the file.
- On the "You need permission" page, click Request access.
- The owner of the file will get an email asking for approval. After they approve your request, you'll get an email.

Edit chart.

- Type: Change the chart type.
- Legend: Change the legend location.
- Titles: Change the chart and axis titles.

Edit data in a cell
- Open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app.
- In your spreadsheet, double-tap the cell you want to edit.
- Enter your data.
- Optional: To format text, touch and hold the text, then choose an option.
