White light is the space within the universe that houses positive energies. White light can be called upon by anyone (healers, empaths, the devout, and you too!) for assistance, healing, and protection from negative energies or wonky vibrations.Also seeing colors during meditation is a common, healing experience. According to Eastern healing systems, each color relates to a specific chakra or energy center in the body, so when you see a given color, it means that healing is taking place in that area of the body.
The third eye refers to the gate that leads to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. The third eye is often associated with religious visions, clairvoyance, the ability to observe chakras and auras, precognition, and out-of-body experiences.
Among the most obvious signals of third eye opening is an increase in foresight or intuition we start to experience – if we are paying attention. Intuition is the capability to know something might happen before it does or knowing something is right or wrong because of a feeling or sense. Don't dispute your intuition.
Color Energy Healing
Chromotherapy is a form of holistic healing that uses the visible spectrum of light and color to affect a person's mood and physical or mental health. Chromotherapy uses a broad range of individual light frequencies, or colors, to promote healing.It has to do with an energy that is connecting to you. I most often see a red-violet light that pulses, but it doesn't pulse with my heartbeat. It's rhythm is slower. Sometimes the shade of purple varies, but it stays the same during each meditation.
Your Lightbody is a gridwork of light and sacred geometry that brings together your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being. This body radiates light energy and electromagnetically links your multidimensional self with the infinite universe.
An open third eye allows you to take in light and details that you would otherwise miss, and this can be intense or overwhelming at first. Feeling like you are changing on a fundamental level, even if you struggle to put it into words.
You feel a greater calm. You can have periods of deeper calm either during your meditation or after your practice. You may even experience some reluctance to end your meditation period. One of the main signs of progress in meditation is to be more relaxed with the idea or not to make progress.
It decreases tension in the body.
One of the physical benefits of meditation includes feeling lower stress in all areas of the body. During meditation, the mind and body become extremely relaxed, which helps reduce cortisol levels.First thing's first: Falling asleep during meditation is an incredibly common occurrence. A vision is something seen in a dream, trance, or religious ecstasy, especially a supernatural appearance that usually conveys a revelation. Visions are known to emerge from spiritual traditions and could provide a lens into human nature and reality. Prophecy is often associated with visions.
Phosphenes are the moving visual sensations of stars and patterns we see when we close our eyes. They are thought to be caused by the inherent electrical charges the retina produces even when it is in its “resting state” and not taking in a ton of information and light like it does when our eyes are open.
Whatever you're feeling may be so intense that you'll actually start to cry. “It might be tears of joy or it might be tears of sorrow, but crying in meditation is totally fine,” Rinzler says. “It means you're getting in touch with who you really are.
To see auras, practice with a friend by having them stand in front of a white or neutral-colored wall. Then, focus on the wall behind your friend so you're staring a couple of inches away from their body. Keep staring like this until the wall around the edge of their body starts to look like a different color.
To meditate 'on' something is to take a single object and use it as your focus. A common one would be the breath, to meditate on the breath would mean to use that as the focus of your concentration. There are many things we can meditate on: Breath.
White light is defined as the complete mixture of all of the wavelengths of the visible spectrum. This means that if I have beams of light of all of the colors of the rainbow and focus all of the colors onto a single spot, the combination of all of the colors will result in a beam of white light.

- Find a comfortable place to sit with your spine erect and both feet on the ground, hip-width apart.
- Allow your hands to rest on your lap, palms facing upwards.
