The Walking Dead (season 10) The tenth season of The Walking Dead, an American post-apocalyptic horror television series on AMC premiered on October 6, 2019. The second half of the season is set to premiere on February 23, 2020.
Other prominent networks that are no longer part of the DirecTV Now bundle include A&E, AMC, Animal Planet, BBC America, C-SPAN, History Channel, Food Network, TLC, HGTV and Lifetime.
New customers will now have to choose between two packages -- DirecTV Now Plus, with 40 channels for $50 per month, or DirecTV Now Max, which has 50 channels for $70 per month. Each package includes AT&T's own HBO and Turner networks, but is without Discovery, AMC or Viacom channels.
The telecom giant and the broadcaster on Thursday announced a multi-year agreement returning CBS-owned local stations, CBS Sports Network and Smithsonian Channel to AT&T's subscribers to its TV services delivered via satellite, fiber cable and broadband.

AMC, which he joined after working at Court TV, has had a long run of shows that were critical darlings and mammoth hits.

Season 11. AMC announced that The Walking Dead was renewed for an eleventh season on October 5, 2019, just prior to the tenth-season premiere. Lauren Cohan has been confirmed to be returning to the show as Maggie.
Maggie's original exit from TWD was a strange one, as her last episode was also Rick's last episode, except in her case she simply disappeared in Episode 4 after a six year time jump, with the show saying that she was going around with Georgie helping other communities.
With Michonne (Danai Gurira) and Daryl (Norman Reedus) looking on, Rick is able to ignite the dynamite, blowing up the bridge and saving his friends, but presumably killing himself in the process. But Rick doesn't die. He washes up along a bank where he's found by Anne.
The British actor explained that his decision stemmed from wanting to spend more time with his family back in the UK, having been forced to continually relocate to Georgia for filming since the show began.
Rick, it turns out, will not die—at least, probably not. Instead, he will live on as a manipulative cliff-hanger. Rick managed to pry himself free from the rebar that stabbed through him, but thanks to the blood loss he spent his entire journey home hallucinating his loved ones, dead and alive—but mostly dead.
The Walking Dead will reportedly end in a few seasons time due to the source material drawing to a surprise close earlier this year. The zombie drama, which airs in the US on network AMC, is midway through its 10th season, but according to sources close to the show, it will end with its 12th in March 2022.
I asked AMC if they could tell me how many episodes that would be total, as we've seen both 6 episode and 16 episode seasons of The Walking Dead and Fear.
