You gotta evolve Eevee! Whether you picked up Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu or Pokémon Let's Go Eevee, you can add your very own Eevee to your Pokédex and you can evolve it into one of the three elemental types; water, fire, or thunder. Once evolved, Eevee will become either Flareon, Jolteon, or Vaporeon.
There are plenty of offensive (and even defensive) Ice-types better than Glaceon. Jolteon is likely the best Eeveelution in OU in RBY, RSE, and DPP. In GSC, Jolteon is usually outclassed by Raikou and Vaporeon is the best.
Simply rename your Eevee to the following names in order to secure the evolution when you use 25 candy:
- Vaporeon: Rainer.
- Jolteon: Sparky.
- Flareon: Pyro.
- Espeon: Sakura.
- Umbreon: Tamao.
- Leafeon: Linnea.
- Glaceon: Rea.
Eevee is now evolved into either Glaceon or Leafeon using Evolution Stones. Moon Stone: Clefairy evolves into Clefable.
A second method of evolving Eevee into Umbreon and Espeon exists, and it's surprisingly easy. Simply make Eevee your buddy Pokémon and walk 10km. You can then evolve your Eevee (as your assigned buddy) at night to unlock Umbreon, or during the day for Espeon.
