- Open Chrome.
- Go to join.zoom.us.
- Enter your meeting ID provided by the host/organizer.
- Click Join. If this is your first time joining from Google Chrome, you will be asked to open the Zoom client to join the meeting.
Only YouTube channels with at least 1,000 subscribers can live stream on a mobile device. Download the YouTube app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open the app and press on the camera icon in the top-right corner.

Let's say you would like to live stream on more than just one platform, but you don't have a paid subscription with Zoom. Restream allows you to broadcast your Zoom webinars or meetings on as many streaming platforms as you want simultaneously, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
In most cases, you don't have to appear on video to participate in a webinar. You can participate via the chat function or simply using the audio/talk button if you have a microphone.
A standard Zoom meeting is fully interactive and allows all participants the ability to see, speak, hear, and screen-share with each other. A Zoom webinar is a view-only platform where the attendees cannot see each other, and the Host cannot see the attendees.
Overview. Zoom Video Webinar allows you to broadcast a Zoom meeting to up to 10,000 view-only attendees, depending on the size of your webinar license. Webinars can be held once, can reoccur in a series, or can be the same session held multiple times.

Manually joining a webinar
- Sign in to the Zoom Desktop Client or Mobile App.
- Click or tap Join a Meeting.
- Enter the webinar ID, and click Join or tap Join Meeting.
- If prompted, enter your name and email address, then click Join Webinar or tap Join.
When you are in a Zoom meeting and you are muted, hold the spacebar when you want to talk and the Zoom window is in focus. Your screen will show a message indicating that you are temporarily unmuted and the microphone will appear green when you talk.
Android
- Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
- Start a meeting.
- Tap Participants in the host controls to display the participants list.
- Tap a participant's name to manage a specific participant.
To organize a webinar, the following equipment is necessary: Computer or tablet with an Internet connection. Webinar software. Webcam.
Join a meeting by clicking on a Zoom link provided by the meeting host => follow the prompts to download and run Zoom => enter the meeting ID if prompted => click to join the audio conference. When you're in the meeting, you may click on the Start Video button to start your video.
Does Zoom work with Hulu, Prime Video, YouTube, and others? You can share any screen via Zoom software, it doesn't know what you are sharing. So, it does fully work with streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Display Plus, Prime Video, etc. This feature works with downloaded media as well.
Sharing Computer Screen and Audio
- Click the Share Screen button in the toolbar.
- Check the box to Share computer sound at the bottom of the Share Screen pop-up window.
- Make sure your volume is an appropriate level.
- If you are trying to share a video (such as YouTube), make sure the screen is visible to participants.
If you have already scheduled a specific event on YouTube or Facebook that you would like to live stream your Zoom Meeting to, use the “Live on Custom Live Streaming Service” option in Zoom. This allows you to copy and paste the RTMP streaming information from any live streaming destination for Zoom to live stream to.
