Q: Can I make changes (grades, courses, activities, personal insight questions, etc.) to my application after I submitted it? A: Out of fairness to all applicants, only changes in critical information may be made to UC application data. This includes personal information, release authorizations, and some exam updates.
Cancelling or Withdrawing a Statement of Intent to RegisterIf an applicant submits a SIR and then changes his or her mind, or accepts another offer, the SIR must be cancelled following the directions for the campus found at this link. The SIR deposit is non-refundable.
The subject line should include your name and “Withdraw Application.” Begin the letter with your salutation followed by a paragraph (or two) stating your intention to withdraw your application from consideration, and thanking them for their time. Close with your name and contact information.
Go to “Application Status” and click on “View Status.” Click on “Now That I'm Admitted, What's Next?” At the bottom of the page that appears there are two buttons. One button is to decline our offer of admission, and the other button allows you to begin the multi-step process of accepting the offer of admission.
To drop the course of the old section a graduate advisor with signature authority must endorse the Permission to Drop Petition Form. Submit the petition to drop form to the Graduate Studies for dean's approval. If permission is granted, Graduate Studies will issue a PTD number.

A 2.0 GPA means that you have a solid C average across all of your classes. This GPA is essentially the unofficial cut off point for how low your GPA can be in order to get into college. With a 2.0 GPA, there are only a couple schools in the country where you'll have a high chance of being accepted.
Colleges report
GPA (
grade point average) on a 4.0 scale. The top grade is an A, which equals 4.0. You calculate your overall
GPA by averaging the scores of all your classes.

' The standard is a C or better, even though a 'D' is officially a passing grade. Technically, a 'D' is passing, but it's a sort of a we-don't-really-mean-it pass. A grudging pass, or perhaps a mercy pass.
Yes, but you might need to pass a test, or if your lucky your high school might not require all classes passed. Ask your counselor. failing grades if you pass the state test. They also only require 22 credits so you can fail 4 semesters and still graduate.
S/U stands for Satisfactory/ Unsatisfactory. If you are able to pull off that C- in a class, or better, you get a Satisfactory grade. That means that you will get the credits from the class and it satisfies the area of your core without counting towards your overall GPA.
STEP TWO: Calculate Grade Points for Each Course Being Used in the GPA. The Official UC GPA is calculated by dividing the total number of Grade Points by the total number of attempted UC Units.
No student may graduate with a grade of "I" (Incomplete) on his or her record for that degree program. It is the student's responsibility to work with their instructor to confirm that incomplete grades are properly recorded by this deadline.
For UC, refer to the Validation Matrices in Quick Reference Guide to UC Admissions. CSU also allows the validation of D/F grades in Chemistry. Required A-G courses may be satisfied with appropriate test scores on SAT, SAT Subject Tests, Advanced Placement exams, and designated International Baccalaureate exams.

There are a few stoners and jocks, but you can't really pick them out when you see the students on campus. We're all pretty much one big happy group of Aggies. UC Davis has a lot of Frats and Sororities and I guess you can say UC Davis "frat kids" know how to party, but they are also studious bunch of people.
UC Davis Acceptance Rate: How Difficult Is It to Get In? UC Davis is fairly selective, with an undergraduate admissions rate of 41%. Of 78,024 applications last year, only 32,179 were accepted. UC Davis ranks between UC Irvine and UC Santa Cruz in terms of selectivity.
