Open the Apps screen in Smart Hub and try to Delete apps from Smart Hub. Long pressing on the Netflix app will give you the option to Reinstall on some older TVs. If the Netflix app won't load from Smart Hub at all, it's best to try to see if there is a firmware update available for your TV.
- Press the Smart Hub button from your remote.
- Select Apps.
- Search for the app you want to install by selecting Magnifying glass icon.
- Then select Done.
- Select Download.
- Once the download completes, select Open to use your new app.
Press the Menu button on your remote control. Select Support. Select Software Update. If this area is greyed out, it could be because the TV has just been switched on (wait a minute, then try again) or because the TV is in Smart Hub mode.
To reset the smart hub, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the smart hub home page.
- Press D (blue) for settings.
- Scroll to 'Reset' and press.
- Go to Samsung Apps store.
- Find 'All 4' and click 'Run now'.
With the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and on again. With the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

A software glitch is preventing the BBC's iPlayer streaming service from running on many of Samsung's smart TVs. Connect the SDK to the TV
