You can only connect 1 iPhone at a time. To let another one that isn't on your iCloud account you have to turn off your WiFi and Bluetooth. Only One device (IPhone, Ipod, etc) can connect at one time. Unlimited devices are able to use it as long as it is set up for Airplay.
