Why are these changes happening? Following a decision by Government, some airwaves used by Freeview are being reallocated to allow for the future development of new mobile broadband services. Transmitters across the UK are being updated as part of a major engineering programme being carried out between now and 2020.
Maybe a channel-switching button (e.g. the channel + or - buttons or a channel-number button) on the remote control or on the TV itself is stuck. All you need to do is to unstick the stuck button and the TV will stop changing channels by itself. If it does, then a button on the remote control may be stuck.
All dish network receivers operate on the same frequency, and so your receiver is responding to their remote! They don't even know they are doing this to you, just as you didn't know it was them. You are basically out of luck, as you can't stop them from changing the channel.
A TV that intermittently powers on or off is usually caused by the timer setting. Check if the TV power cord is securely plugged into the wall outlet or the power bar. 3. Time menu options affect TVs turning on or off automatically.

Samsung TV's have Anynet+ (also known as HDMI-CEC), a feature that allows connected external HDMI devices to inform your TV when they have turned on. By default, the TV will immediately switch to this source when this happens. Smart Remotes pair to your TV via Bluetooth, and IR remotes do not.
Why It Matters
A change in frequency impacts how a channel is received over the air by your TV. If you watch free over-the-air television with an antenna, you will need to rescan your TV set each time a station moves to a new frequency to be sure your TV recognizes the new frequency when you tune to that channel.Go to the home screen, select settings, then select display & sounds, then set power on to last input.
It's especially exacerbated by the Nintendo Switch, which causes these Samsung TVs and some other devices to switch over to its HDMI input randomly when it's in sleep mode. HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) allows devices to communicate with a TV and pass information and inputs on through.
Press the "Input" or "Source" button on your remote control. The television will display the name of the input port that is providing the signal. Continue pressing the "Input" or "Source" button until the television display changes from "HDMI 1" to "HDMI 2."
Anynet+ is the Samsung trading name for a feature of HDMI called Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) referred to as HDMI-CEC. It's designed to allow users to command and control devices attached by HDMI with a single remote control. Anynet+ is enabled on the HDMI ports on most Samsung TVs manufactured after 2008.
It's usually because your remote batteries are low. Remotes are known to send off some weird signals when they're on the last bit of juice. Your TV could be interpreting infrared noise from your remote as an "On" command. The power button on the remote or the TV itself could be stuck.
