Before you start, make sure you're signed in.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app.
- Sign in to your Google Account.
- At the top, tap Menu .
- Select Settings Back up & sync.
- Tap "Back up & sync" on or off. If you've run out ofstorage, scroll down and tap Turn off backup.
To download pictures and videos from Google Photos to youriPhone camera roll:
- Open the Google Photos app.
- Select the desired pictures and videos.
- Tap on the share icon (square with upward facing arrow)
- Tap on the button “Save x Images”
Steps
- Open the Google Photos app on your Android. The Photos iconlooks like a colored pinwheel.
- Tap the Photos tab. This tab looks like a landscape icon on anavigation bar at the bottom of your screen.
- Tap an image or video.
- Tap the three vertical dots icon.
- Tap Download on the drop-down menu.
Steps
- Open a Web browser.
- Find an image to download. Do so by browsing or running asearch for a specific image.
- Tap and hold an image to open it.
- Tap Save Image. The image will be saved to your device, and youcan view it in the Photos app.
Procedure
- Go to the Google Photos app.
- At the top left, tap Menu.
- Tap Trash.
- Touch and hold the photo or video you want to recover.
- At the top right, tap Restore.
- This will put the photo or video back onto your phone into thePhotos section of the app or into any albums it was in.
Download a Photos album on the web
- Click on “Albums” in the left menu.
- Select the album you want to share.
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select“Download all.”
- Google will then download a zip file containing the photos fromyour album.
When you get an email with attachments, you can
download a copy of the attachment to your device.
Downloading options
- On your computer, go to Gmail.
- Open an email message.
- Hover your mouse over the thumbnail, then click Download .
To save files attached to an email to your Google Driveaccount right from the message in Gmail:
- Open the email with the attachment.
- Position the mouse cursor over the attachment you want to saveto Google Drive.
- Select Save to Drive on the attachment to send it directly toGoogle Drive.
Log onto your email account where you havereceived the video you want to save. Open the emailmessage that includes the video file. Right click on the URLlink for the video, then choose the "Save Target As" fromthe menu that pops up.
Steps
- Upload the MP4 file to your computer. Connect the camera orstorage device that contains the MP4 file to a USB port on yourcomputer.
- Open iTunes. It's an app containing a music note on a whitebackground.
- Click on File.
- Click on Add to Library.
- Click on your camera or USB device.
- Click on your MP4.
- Click Open.

- Sign in. Under the Sign In box, enter your Gmail email addressand password.

Google Photos app has Save to device option forus to move pictures from Google Photos to Gallery,but only one photo at a time. Step 1 Open GooglePhotos on your phone. Select the photo you want todownload to Gallery. Step 2 Tap the three dot icon on thetop and select Save to the device.

- Tap an email in your mailbox. Find the email you want to view,and tap on it to open the email message in full-screen.

Download a file
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
- Go to the webpage where you want to download a file.
- Touch and hold what you want to download, then tap Downloadlink or Download image. On some video and audio files, tap Download.
I've recently uploaded a 2 GB video to mydrive and it took one hour to upload it (this depends of yourinternet connection) and the Google Drive processing timetook about 20 minutes. While you are uploading a fileto Google Drive, you can see the evolution inthis window.
Save a photo or video to your camera roll
- Open the Google Drive app.
- Next to to file you want to download, tap More .
- Tap Send a copy.
- Depending on your file, tap Save image or Save video.
“Free, unlimited original-quality storagefor photos and videos taken with Pixel through the end of2020, and free, unlimited high-quality storage forphotos taken with Pixel afterwards.” The belief isthat Google won't automatically strip content of its qualityonce the end date arrives.
To download Google Photos on your PC orMac, first, go to photos.google.com/apps and click“Download” to save the program installerto your computer. From there, click “Settings”and check the box next to “Create a GooglePhotos folder”, which will display a linkto your photos in your Drive.
Steps
- Go to a YouTube, Dailymotion, or Clipfish video. In yourbrowser, go to a video that you want to download from one of thesesites.
- Select the video's address.
- Copy the address.
- Click the video link text field.
- Paste in your video's address.
- Click the mp3 ? box.
- Click mp4.
- Select a quality.
To download video, Search and select thevideo which you want to download. Place your cursor over avideo and click the check mark. Click "Download" iconlocated at top of the window. Your browser prompts you tosave .zip file, click "Save" and specify a locationto download.
Open the Google Photos app on your handset. TapAlbums and select Videos. Open the video you wantto edit and tap on the middle icon which translates toEdit. Also, you can drag the sliders positioned at thebeginning and end of the video frame line to cut theportion of the video.
