Log in and navigate Splunk Phantom
- Enter the IP address you configured for your virtual appliance, or the DNS name if you created one for the IP address.
- Enter your login credentials. The default administrative user is admin and the password is password.
Plug your drone to your computer via USB cable and turn it on by pressing the Power button. Afterward, click on the Mavic 2 Zoom icon to select it. Then click on the Firmware Update. Next, click on the Factory Reset button in order to restore the device to Factory Settings.
It's not possible to do a factory reset. However, you might be able to force an old firmware version to install like this.
There is absolutely no need to reset the drone but you will probably want to delete all photos and video in the internal storage of the drone.
Press and hold the Spark's power button until the drone beeps once, twice, and then three times (9-10 seconds). This resets the Spark's WiFi network.
Launch the operating app for the drone, tap enter device, then camera view, and select the remote control settings to link. Press and hold the function button, then release it. The drone will beep, and when the linking is successful, both the drone and the controller will produce a green light.
Your drone is flying sideways because of an imbalance of the weight, a miscalibration of essential hardware, loose propellers, or annoyingly something as simple as a strand of hair wrapped around a motor. Sometimes it is the most annoying little things which can cause your drone to drift sideways.
On the remote control, press and release the power button then press it again quickly and hold it until you hear it make the initialization sound.
- In the DJI Assistant 2 app, select your remote control under Connected Devices.

You can reset gyro by pulling down and left on both sticks at once. Hold until quad stops flashing. release sticks. quad should be reset.
If your drone has a WiFi switch on board, try toggling it off and back on. If your drone's WiFi network is not showing up on your phone, try turning your drone off and back on again. If you are having trouble connecting your drone's WiFi, try “forgetting” the network or restarting your phone.
The beeping on the remote either indicates that the battery of your drone is running low, or wasn't synced properly. I would highly suggest to make sure that the batteries are fully charged before using your quadcopter.
DJI GO connection issues can be caused by faulty USB cables, the remote controller's signal connection, device compatibility and a few other reasons. So let's start with some quick fixes: Try with another USB cable. If it still doesn't work, then test with an alternative USB cable.

- Check the plugin. Be sure that the connector is connected correctly.

How to calibrate the Phantom 4 RTK remote controller
- On the home screen, select the Fly button.
- Click on the three dots in the top right of the screen.
- Tap the remote controller icon.
- Select RC Calibration.
- Click on Calibrate.
- Tap the Start button.
Where is the link button on my drone? The link button is the light above the USB port on the Phantom 4 RTK (labeled as 11). You may need a small tool to press the button properly, such as a pen or paperclip.
