There are different ways to clear your device cache which can likely be the reason why your banking app is not working. Also, you can clear applications cache from the device settings menu. Go to your settings menu, locate and click on the “Apps” row, select the apps you want to clear their caches.
To clear app cache, go to Settings -> Storage and tap on 'Cached data'. Tap on okay when the dialog box pops up. Apps can sometimes crash when the storage space is not adequate. You will have to clear up your storage space by deleting unwanted apps and files.
Restart your phone: By doing a quick restart of your mobile device, which simply means turning the phone off completely and turn it back on. Most of the time if a game won't load, the problem is your browser or plug-ins in your browser. The browser or plug-in may be glitching, or not set up properly to run the games. If the game works in one browser but not the other, that means you likely have a browser issue.

To do this, hold down the Sleep/Wake button (the power button) and the Home button at the same time. Press and hold these two buttons together until the Apple logo appears on your iPhone's display. You may need to press both buttons for as long as 20 seconds, so be patient!
If your device freezes at any point, hold down the Power button until it restarts. If the factory reset process doesn't fix your problems – or doesn't work at all – it's likely that there's a problem with your device's hardware. If it's still under warranty, you should have it fixed or replaced.
An iPhone screen may turn black or remains on a black screen if its firmware has crashed, which is a minor problem, or if it has a serious hardware issue that's usually caused by liquid or physical damage. One way to know what the issue is, is to determine if your iPhone has some signs of physical or liquid damage.
To hard reset your iPhone on an iPhone 6S or older, press and hold down the Sleep / Wake button (the power button) and the Home button at the same time, for at least 20 seconds or until the Apple logo appears on the screen. On iPhone 7, simultaneously hold the power button and volume down button instead.
If turning the iPhone off and back on again doesn't fix the problem, or the iPhone is unresponsive when you try to turn it off, you have to reset it by doing the following: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
