Unlike in the PC version of Stellaris, which has numerous console commands you can use to implement cheats or adjust parts of the game, Stellaris: Console Edition currently has no console commands.
You can change your civics in Stellaris for 250 influence every 20 years. You can also gain an additional civic by researching the Galactic Administration technology. Civics aren't the only way to get new envoys in Stellaris, however. If your governing ethics are xenophilic, then you will receive additional envoys.
By adding another anchorage module to a Starbase, you will increase your overall naval capacity by four. You can add up to six modules to each Starbase. This means that if you really want to lean in on this tactic, you can increase your capacity by 24 per Starbase under your command.
To colonize a planet, you need to send a colony ship after building an outpost in the system. They can be built at an empire's homeworld from the start of the game; once a colony has been established (past the -8 energy credits/mth phase), it can also create colony ships.
Terraforming is started via a button in Planet Detail view. The world must be surveyed and within your borders. Only habitable worlds and Barren Worlds that have the rare "Terraforming Candidate" modifier can be terraformed. The expansion planner screen can be used to find these rare candidates.

Stellaris: Console Edition is a good porting of one of the best strategy game from Paradox. Using a game controller to play with it is not like using the mouse and the keyboard, but the game is vast and incredibly deep, immensely detailed and highly enjoyable.
Your typical game will run from 2200 to 2500, 360 days a year, 1 real second per ingame day. That's 1800 minutes or 30 hours. Once every 20 years you can embrace a faction and change your ethics and you do this at the factions menu. Click the “Manage Faction” button, then select Embrace faction. It costs 500 influence and at least 20% of your population must support the faction.

When an endgame Crisis occurs a Fallen Empire can awaken after 5 years with the declared goal of ending said Crisis. If one of them has already awakened before the Crisis, they will stop their vassalization plans and attempt to rally the galaxy as well.
How to Use the Research All Cheat
- research_all_technologies 0 1 - to research all repeatable tech that isn't creature/crisis technology.
- research_all_technologies 1 0 - to research all non-repeatable technology, including creature and crisis tech.
There's a list of picked ascension perks with each player in the save game. Removing it from the list of your picked ascension perks should do the trick. If you can't find your save game, turn off cloud saves and then make a new save.
