Pay on Delivery orders can be paid using Cash or other digital payment methods using the Amazon SMS Pay link option. In this payment method, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Rupay debit and credit cards from all banks.
Amazon keeps asking for payment revision and won't cancel my digital order.
- Log into your Amazon Accouint.
- Go to “Manage Your Content and Devices.
- Click on Content tab, and click menu () button next to the title you want to return, and then select Return for Refund.
- In the pop-up window, select Return for Refund.
In Your Account, select Payment options. Do one of the following: To add a payment method, select the relevant link under the payment method that you want to add. To edit or remove a payment method, select the drop-down arrow beside the relevant payment method and select Edit or Remove.
Cash on delivery (COD) stipulates that goods must be paid for at the time of delivery, or else the goods are returned to the seller. Delivery-versus-payment (DVP) is an arrangement whereby securities are only delivered to the buyer once payment has been made.
You can change your shipping preferences in Your Account at any time after placing your order as long as the order hasn't entered the shipping process yet.

To select a default payment method:

To maintain the already high security standards on Audible and Amazon, your bank may ask you to verify your credit card before completing the purchase. After verifying your payment method, you'll be directed back to Audible/Amazon and will get a confirmation that your order went through successfully.
My Debit Card Payment Has Been Declined Even Though I Have Enough Money to Cover the Payment. Your debit card has been locked by your issuing institution. This often happens when you enter an incorrect PIN at an ATM more than a few times. The charge is larger than what you usually would put on your card.
One of the reasons your payment method may have been declined by iTunes or the App Store is because you don't have enough balance to cover the purchase. This can happen if there are unexpected or unauthorized purchases on your account.
If your payment is declined because of lack of available funds, contact your bank to confirm whether the reserved funds are other authorizations, verify the amount of time that they hold authorizations, and request that they remove any extra authorization to free up funds in your account.
Go to the Amazon Pay website and log on to your Amazon Pay account as a customer. Your Account page appears, displaying your Account Activity, showing the most recent transaction at the top with Transaction Date, Merchant, Status and Amount.
Payments could fail due to the following reasons: You accidentally entered incorrect debit/ credit card details like name on the card, card number, CVV and expiry date. The card details you provided are no longer valid or need to be updated. Your bank is going through an outage.
A bank has placed an authorization hold for recently canceled or changed orders. When you place an order, Amazon contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires, but this isn't an actual charge.
