Yes. You can do this at the online checkout by selecting Curbside Pickup or In Store Pickup for certain items, and selecting your preferred shipping method for the rest.
Click "Orders and returns" to track your order. This link also appears in the top right corner of the website, above the Checkout button. You can either sign into your account to see your recent order history, or you can look up a single order by entering the order number and your email address.

Order Pickup allows you to order items on Target.com or in the Target app and pick them up for free at your local Target store. Order Pickup is listed on the item's page, and usually ready within 2 hours* of placing your order. Items marked Ship to Store can be picked up within 4-7 days instead.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 5 - 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Apple doesn't deliver. So they give the more conservative estimate in order to be sure that they can deliver within that time frame. But they presume that you want it sooner if possible so they ship whenever they can.

Gift cards may be redeemed for merchandise in-store and online at Gap, Gap Factory, Banana Republic, Banana Republic Factory, Old Navy and Athleta only. Purchases will be deducted from this gift card until the value reaches zero.

How do I Pickup my Items? Once you've completed your order go into the Wish Shopping app and view your “Order History” to see all of your previous orders. When you open your most recent order, you will find a unique QR code. You will need this to receive/redeem your order at your closest location for pick up.
