THE BATMAN Teaser Trailer Concept (2021) Robert Pattinson, Zoe Kravitz DC Movie.
You got Joker, Penguin, Riddler, Scarecrow, Two-Face, Killers Croc and Moth, Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, Bane, Hush, Zsasz, and Kite-Man (hell yeah). You got three Fireflies, two Black Masks, three Ventriloquists, let's say…
514A, otherwise known as "Bruce Wayne's Doppelgänger" or "Bruce Wayne's Look-Alike", is a clone of Bruce Wayne. He was once one of the residents of Indian Hill who escaped into Gotham City along with Professor Hugo Strange's other experiments with help of Fish Mooney.
Other than that, he may not have been responsible for all their creations, but many of the rogues do seem to fixate on him. EDIT: Got downvoted for only partially agreeing that Batman created his villains. As of Riddlers Year Zero (New 52 issue 33) it's evident that super criminals are in no way created by batman.
Director Todd Phillips and star Joaquin Phoenix have gone back and forth on the idea of a sequel in interviews, but sources confirm to THR a second “Joker” film is in the early stages of moving forward at Warner Bros. The report says Phoenix already had a sequel option in place with Warner Bros.
Legendary actor Johnny Depp is set to star as the eponymous Joker in the next superhero movie The Batman, alongside Robert Pattinson as Batman. He may be defeated but somehow always returns to fight another battle against his arch nemesis in the many Batman sequels.
Suicide Squad 2: Why Jared Leto's Joker Isn't Returning For Gunn's Sequel. As mentioned above, The Suicide Squad isn't a direct sequel to Ayer's film but it will have most of the characters back, most notably Harley Quinn and Captain Boomerang, but the Joker won't be involved this time.
That's right: Batman and Joker are half-brothers, at least according to Penny. The movie never explicitly makes clear whether that's true or not. Though the film is populated with comic book characters, no iteration of Batman has revealed Bruce is related to his ultimate archenemy. (He's famously an only child.)
Ever since the success of Joker, fans have been addressing whether Phoenix would ever be seen facing Pattinson's Batman. Unfortunately, the answer to this might not please fans as revealed by Robert Pattinson himself. “We would never do that,” he told Yahoo Entertainment. “No, no.
Arthur is not the real Joker, but he inspires whoever becomes the real one. As mentioned, Joker shows us a version of its titular villain that is revered even before he starts calling himself Joker, becoming a symbol for unrest and rebellion in Gotham City.

Ben Affleck has revealed that one of the reasons he quit the forthcoming film The Batman was over drinking fears. In a new, wide-ranging interview in The New York Times, the actor said his struggles with alcohol and his divorce from Jennifer Garner contributed to his decision to leave the franchise.
The Joker is a man who commits unspeakable evil in order to do ultimate good - he wants Gotham to have a hero. And Batman is a man who commits heroic deeds to cause unspeakable evil. So there it is, Batman is a villain who thinks he's a hero. And Joker is a villain who's deepest wish is for a true hero.
And judging by the way Batman mercilessly beat the ever-living crap out of the street thug with face paint reminiscent of a certain Clown Prince of Crime in the first explosive trailer and the introduction of the movie's version of The Riddler, the case could very well be made that The Batman ends up having an R-rating
Even though we'll see more than one familiar Batman return in 2022's The Flash movie, we're also getting a brand new incarnation of The Dark Knight in 2021. Robert Pattinson is playing the Caped Crusader this time around. And now we've gotten our first look at Matt Reeves' The Batman thanks to DC FanDome.
The Batman would be doing itself a disservice to make its action specifically 2019-based. If this isn't just an Easter egg hidden in the production design, 2019 as a setting is certainly a deliberate choice. Considering how tumultuous 2020 has been, setting a movie the year prior has massive implications.
