Prices for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party start at $105.44 (including tax) for adults and $100.11 for children. The last two parties, on December 20 and 22, cost the highest, at $148.04 for adults and $142.71 for children. Tickets are $10 more expensive at the gates, except for the last two parties.
In terms of basics, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party features exclusive fireworks, a parade complete with snowfall on Main Street, an excellent stage show, and other holiday-themed entertainment (plus unlimited cookies and hot chocolate!). For some people, shorter lines at attractions is also a big draw of MVMCP.

Not many people know this, but the official Christmas Day Disney Parks Parade isn't shot live. It's actually pre-taped from other earlier times in the year.
The general public performance of Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade will run twice daily from December 23-31 at 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Watch for toy soldiers, gingerbread boys and dancing reindeer, Disney characters in their holiday attire, and of course, there will be the wonderful aromas of holiday baking
Last year, 2019 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party tickets were released for sale on April 8, 2019. Writing this on April 4, 2020, that means we should see next year's party tickets open up in just a few days (during a “normal season.”)

Macy's department store celebrated its 162nd anniversary in 2020. That year it was called the Macy's Christmas Parade, and it followed a route from 145th Street and Convent Avenue to the Macy's store at 34th Street and Broadway.

For most of the year, you can pencil in 3:00 pm as the start time for the Festival of Fantasy Parade. However, during the holidays Disney usually moves the start time up by 1 hour to 2 pm. Right now, starting January 2, 2020 the starting time for the Festival of Fantasy Parade is 3:00 pm daily.
This year, the Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade is actually being taped at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. The portions of the special that feature WDW will feature musical numbers to be filmed at Disney's Hollywood Studios (November 3), Animal Kingdom (November 4), and Magic Kingdom (November 5-7).

Currently, most of the program is taped in November (in the 2000s, even until early December) for broadcast on Christmas Day. However, until the early 1990s, the parade was broadcast live on Christmas Day on CBS, with whom Disney had partnered for Thanksgiving and New Year celebrations as well.
