Solving test series is very important for UPSC preparation. You should start solving test series almost 6 month before real exam date. So you can analyse your mistakes and work on it to rectify those mistakes. You should join two test series because if any part of syllabus left in one it may compensate with other.
As stated by everyone else, the classroom coaching of Vision IAS is less than average if you compare it with Vajiram or Shriram. However, their test series is good and many toppers have recommended it. Basically, with my experience since last 6 months, I think there is no need to join classes.
