How to access your apps and stickers in Messages on iPhone and iPad
- Launch the Messages app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap the App Tray button next to your text field above the keyboard.
- Swipe your finger across the Sticker and apps selector at the bottom of the screen.
- Select an app or sticker pack to open it.
- Open the Message app in Android and open a conversation.
- Select the '+' or Google G icon to the left of the chatbox.
- Select the sticker icon on the left and let the stickers load or select the '+' box icon to add more.

*1: If you have registered an email address, you can recover your account by logging in again on the same device. However, once this has happened, all of your friends, groups, and chat history will be deleted. If you have not registered an email address, your account will be deleted.
