St. David's HealthCare is a unique partnership between a hospital management company and two local non-profits—St. David's Foundation and Georgetown Health Foundation. The proceeds from the operations of the hospitals fund the foundations, which, in turn, invest those dollars back into the community.

St Davids or St David's (Welsh: Tyddewi, [tiː ˈð?wi], lit. "David's house") is a city and a community (named St Davids and the Cathedral Close) with a cathedral in Pembrokeshire, Wales, lying on the River Alun. It is the resting place of Saint David, Wales's patron saint, and named after him.
When did Saint David die?
The flag of Saint David (Welsh: Baner Dewi Sant) is normally a yellow cross on a black field, but it has also appeared as a black cross on a yellow field or with an engrailed cross. It represents the 6th-century Saint David (Welsh: Dewi Sant; c. 500 – c. 589), a Welsh bishop of Menevia and the patron saint of Wales.
Welsh archers fought bravely in a field of leeks, and as a reminder of their bravery and loyalty, the Welsh began to wear a leek in their caps every St David's Day. Lloyd George wore the daffodil on this day and encouraged its use at the investiture of the Prince of Wales in 1911.
St George is said to have been a solider in the Roman army at the time of the emperor Diocletian. Very little is known about his life, but it's thought that he was executed in 303 AD for refusing to renounce his Christian faith.
