When it says 0 percent fragmented it meansthat there are no chopped files and folders on that disk. So, yourcomputer runs smoothly.

You can safely stop DiskDefragmenter, so long as you do it by clicking theStop button, and not by killing it with Task Manager orotherwise "pulling the plug." Disk Defragmenter will simplycomplete the block move it is currently performing, and stopthe defragmentation.
By default, Windows will defrag all of the harddrives connected to your machine once a week. In fact, if you lookin the “Microsoft” branch of the Windows TaskScheduler (in Start, All Programs, Administrative Tools), you'llsee that there's a scheduled task for exactly that purpose: 99% ofthe time, that's plenty.
