Dark matter pulls and dark energy pushes. That is, dark matter is invoked to explain greater-than-expected gravitational attraction. In contrast, dark energy is invoked to explain weaker-than-expected, and in fact negative, gravitational attraction.
Can we get super powers from dark matter if it exists? No and the reason to this this are many but here are a few. We have no evidence that “super powers” really exist. We know very little about dark matter so really can't say what it, or what might make it up, is capable of.

Black is the darkest color, the result of the absence or complete absorption of visible light.
Generally, the outer darkness is thought to be hell; however, many Christians associate the outer darkness more generally as a place of separation from God or from the metaphorical "wedding banquet" that Jesus is expected to have upon his Second Coming.
Darkness, the polar opposite of brightness, is understood as a lack of illumination or an absence of visible light. Human vision is unable to distinguish color in conditions of either high brightness or high darkness.
