There doesn't seem to be one universal definition of a junior suite but it is usually a hotel room with a larger sitting area that is not in a different room from the bedroom. When we four visited in April 2016, weekday breakfast started at 6:30 am; weekend started at 7 am, as I recall. Waffles were popular, but there was an impressive selection of cold breakfast foods: cut fruit, bagels, pastries, yogurt and of course cereals.
