During the final fight in The Wolverine, Logan-San had his adamantium claws sliced clean off by The Silver Samurai, leaving him with organic bone claws that grow back through the stubs of the adamantium coating.

Hardened Adamantium is harder and stronger than Vibranium. However, certain forms of Vibranium have properties that can break Adamantium. Arctic Vibranium to be specific. Nasty, but Adamantium has a much stronger bond than most other metals so I think it would take a larger source of anti-metal in order to liquefy it.
Wolverine's Adamantium CAN cut through normal Vibranium (with some degree of difficulty). Adamantium is an order of magnitude more indestructible than Vibranium. There has been confusion since the Marvel Cinematic Universe has changed the generally known origin of Captain America's shield.
