Hi Lynne! Unfortunately, while evening tickets are available for Guests attending conferences at Walt Disney World Resort, there are no half-day theme park tickets available for Guests to purchase who are not attending a conference.
As our trip showed us, you don't have to go all out when you do Disney World. One or two days in the parks really is enough, especially if you are working with smaller staminas. Out of all the Orlando theme parks, the Magic Kingdom was the absolutely the right choice for us.
You can add the Park Hopper upgrade to your ticket at any time, even after you've used your Magic Your Way Base Ticket, provided it's within 14 days of first use and you have additional entitlements on the ticket.

In this case, you may want to upgrade to the Park Hopper option. At the end of the day, the Park Hopper is absolutely worth the cost for some families, and not for others. If you're unsure about using the Park Hopper, keep in mind you can always upgrade tickets, but you cannot downgrade.

Disney employees receive free theme park admission and discounts on merchandise and hotel stays.
Free entry to all Disney parks
But if you're a cast member (a.k.a. employee), this won't matter — you can get into all the parks absolutely free (though there are few blackout dates, including Christmas.) Free parking is included.3) Cast Members don't get unlimited guest passes.
In fact, they get very few. Depending on the status of that Cast Member, they may receive as little as 6 days of Park Hoppers for their six-month College Program. Those 6 days are usually reserved for when family comes into town.Wages vary greatly based on jobs and how long employees have worked with the company. For example, a Disney character's wage starts at $8.20 per hour, and maxes out at $13.59. Base pay for an entertainment technician, on the other hand, starts at $14.75 an hour and is capped at $21.60.
Discounts most commonly received are 35% (i.e. regular salaried full-time, ongoing salaried part-time and hourly full time, or part time with more than three years of service) and 20% (i.e. limited salaried or hourly part time, hourly full time or part time with less than three years of service, and bargaining unit
Cast Members Can Opt for the Disney+ Package Over Their Main Entrance Pass Starting in 2020. Currently, cast members are granted a main entrance pass that allows them to take family and friends into the Disney theme parks for free, with certain exceptions like blockout dates.
Disney resort and cruise discounts
Cast members enjoy 50% off their stay in a resort room, and their friends/family get 40% off. (Discounts are subject to availability.)No, Disney Store is a separate business entity from Disney Parks and as such, Disney Store employees revieve a certain number of park passes each year (I believe 4?) and receive discounts on additional tickets -- but do not get the same unlimited personal park access as Disney Parks cast members do.
Unfortunately, complimentary tickets cannot be upgraded. The reason is because when a ticket is upgraded, you pay the difference in price. Since a complimentary ticket does not have a cash value attached and is usually stated on the back of the ticket, it is not eligible for an upgrade.
If your ticket includes a Park Hopper Option, after you use your initial FastPass+ selections at the first park, you'll be able to make additional FastPass+ selections (one at a time) at a kiosk or using the mobile app at the second park you visit that day, up to park closing. Valid theme park admission required.
One of the Endlessly Magical aspects of the Park Hopper Plus Option for tickets at Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks is that the available options may be used at your leisure. When you select Park Hopper Plus, you receive the same amount of visits to other Walt Disney World fun based on the length of your ticket.
All Disney Theme Park Ticket with Park Hopper® Plus Option (Fast Pass is included in ALL Disney Tickets) 10 day pass= 10 additional park options.
Single day or “base tickets” allow you to visit only one park per day. You may enter and exit any one of the parks as many times as you want on the same day, but you can only enter and exit the one park where your ticket is valid for that day. Disney Park Hopper tickets allow you to visit more than one park each day.
It is possible to do all four Disney World parks in one day, but it'll take careful planning. Your best bet is to either start or end at Magic Kingdom. Opt to drive if that's an option for you. Disney World transportation can be unreliable.
Disney Park Hopper tickets, which allow guest to visit more than one park per day, are not a necessity, but sometimes a nice extra.
FastPass+ ("FastPass Plus" or "FP+")
Disney's FastPass+ is a system for reserving attraction times in the Walt Disney World theme parks. With a FP+ reservation, instead of waiting in the regular line for a ride, you're directed to a special line with a shorter wait time.
