Login to Facebook on your personal account that's an admin of the Page. From the left sidebar of your Page, click Settings. From General, click Similar Page Suggestions. Click to uncheck the box next to Include [Page name] when recommending similar Pages people might like on a Page timeline.
The “Edit page” link is now a button, located in the top right, just below the “Home—Profile—Account” links. Admins can easily change their page's category by clicking the “Edit info” link under the page name, then selecting the category from the pull-down menu in the edit screen.
The person who may have suggested edits or added additional information to your Facebook page does not remain anonymous. After a user suggests an edit to your business information, you will receive both a notification when you log into your Facebook account and an email.
Go to your profile by selecting the profile icon in the top right corner on the desktop web or in the bottom menu on the mobile web. Select Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see Similar Account Suggestions and uncheck that box.

- Visit the “Videos” section of Facebook's settings and switch “Auto-Play Videos” to “off.”
- You'll find a similar setting in Facebook's mobile app. Pull up its Settings, and then scroll down until you see the “Media and contacts” section.

To turn off Facebook Messenger Suggestions.
- open Facebook Messenger, and then tap your profile icon.
- On iOS, it's at the top left of the screen; on Android it's at the top right. Scroll down and select the “M Settings” category.
- To get rid of M suggestions, just turn the “Suggestions” toggle off.
According to Facebook's terms, individuals are only allowed to have one account. Use a single Facebook account to manage multiple Pages. Sometimes businesses create different Pages for different areas or products. Third party Facebook account managers may also manage Pages for numerous business under a single account.
#1: Like Facebook Pages as Your PageTo like another Facebook page as your page, go to the page you want to like, click on the three dots on the page's cover photo, and click on the Like as Your Page link. The confirmation is Facebook's way of saying your page has liked that page.
If the Facebook page is too new or if the spam score is too high, perhaps Facebook does not allow those Facebook Pages to join Facebook Groups. It seems that Facebook intentionally only allows some Pages to join Groups, but not other Pages.
Go down the bottom of “Manage Page” panel, click “Settings.” The “People and Other Pages” dialog box appears. If this section, the default is “People Who Like This Page,” but if you click the drop-down arrow, you will see your other lists: People Who Follow This Page.
Tap your profile picture at the bottom right of Facebook. Tap Select Profile. Select the profile or Page you want to interact as.
The “seen by” feature puts social pressure on people to reply to posts immediately or risk looking rude. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do to stop people from seeing that you've viewed a post.
In Facebook, on the left column, click See More, then click Watch. In the Your Watchlist section on the left column, click Manage. From here, you can: Manage your watchlist notifications: Next to a Page you added to your watchlist, click to change what notifications you receive.
To turn off active status and appear offline on Facebook:
- Open Facebook in a browser and log in, if you're not already.
- Click the circular Messenger icon in the top-right corner.
- In the Messenger drop-down, click the three-dot icon at the top.
- Click Turn off Active Status in the drop-down menu.
Facebook Help TeamWhen you commented with a link in your post, the link can generate a thumbnail of the website to be displayed with the hyperlink in your comment. The "Remove preview" option lets you choose to remove the thumbnail from being displayed.
To delete all searches:
- Click in the top right of Facebook.
- Select Settings & Privacy, then click Activity Log.
- Click Logged Actions and Other Activity, below Activity Types.
- Click Search history.
- In the top right click Clear Searches.
How to Disable Facebook's Algorithmic Feed

These suggested posts are personalized based on what may be relevant to you and are influenced by things such as your previous Facebook activity. Posts that are suggested for you can be videos, photos, or articles from Pages and groups that you don't already follow.
When you turn your active status off, you'll still receive messages, but they'll go into your inbox to read later. You can turn off your Facebook active status using both computer and mobile devices. - When content is posted, one will see the Sale Format pop up in any one of three following ways: Pop-Up Type 1: Press “UNDO” Pop-Up Type 2: Press “NO”
- From there, press on the 'Three Dots Icon ( … )” on the right hand side of the post.
- Select “Turn off for sale format”
Click Notifications at the top of your Page. Click Requests in the left column. Below Information suggestions for this Page, click Accept or Reject next to any suggested edit.
Select the app you want to remove, and then select Uninstall. 2 – Scroll down to the “Apps” shelf and select the Google Play icon. Under Toolbars, click the custom toolbar that you want to delete, and then click Delete. Log into Facebook to start sharing and connecting with your friends, family, and people you know.
