ESPN acquires Fox Sports Southwest as part of Disney's $52.4 billion deal with Fox. ESPN will acquire Fox Sports' 22 regional sports networks, including Fox Sports Southwest, according to an announcement Thursday from The Walt Disney Company. However, the deal would not include Fox's FS1 and FS2 sports channels.

We just discovered that RetroPlex is commercial free, as is AMC. I know the premium channels like HBO and Showtime are commercial free, but which "digital package" (as Comcast calls it in my area) channels? I know we can skip commercials with TiVo, but I'd still like to know. Thanks.
The new deal also will allow DirecTV to launch Movieplex, Indieplex and Retroplex and the related Web and on-demand services on the latter, which is for authenticated Starz Super Pack subscribers.
