Teen Titans was an animated TV series premiered by cartoon network. The original intention was to have four seasons, but things changed. Due to the positive feedback and reaction from fans, its producers had to create extra episodes and seasons.

It's worth noting that Jason didn't stay dead for too long in the comics. He was eventually resurrected and became the ruthless vigilante Red Hood. It's already been confirmed that Walters' Jason picks up the Red Hood mantle and seeks vengeance against his former teammates in the season 3.
The question now is how she'll be back -- as both Leslie and costar Alan Ritchson confirmed Donna 100% died in the finale, after getting electrocuted trying to save the day.
Despite being listed as an Original, Titans was not produced by Netflix and is instead licensed, this is why there's a delay between the US release and Netflix.
Titans season 3 trailer reveals Jason Todd's bloody death — but also Red Hood's arrival. After finding a murdered guard with his face forced into a Joker smile, we see a shadowy figure violently beating someone with a crowbar, which is how Joker killed Jason in the classic story Batman: A Death in the Family.
Cyborg isn't in Titans because they aren't even in the same universe. It seems like the minds behind Doom Patrol are doing everything they can to distance Vic from his Titan origins, and there's a canon explanation for why Cyborg never found the Titans: They simply do not exist in his universe (as far as we know).
Titans was made with the intention of airing in America solely on the DC streaming platform. As for the rest of the world, Netflix acquired the license to stream the show in the remaining regions worldwide. This has obviously displeased many Netflix subscribers who already use the platform to watch other DC titles.
You can watch Attack on Titan on Netflix, but only in Thailand, Japan and a few other countries if you're outside of these countries then you can't watch all episodes on Netflix because Netflix uses geo-blocks that's why it is not available if you're in Australia, Italy, the UK or any other country.
Unfortunately, the fourth season as well as the second and third seasons are not currently on Netflix. However, re-adding the anime series back to its platform is a huge first step, so the other seasons could likely be added in the near future.
While it's never been confirmed, the assumption is that Attack on Titan takes place in a fictional version of Europe, with the walled-in medieval cities of Germany a clear inspiration.
