- Press Complain-Report:
In the 'Message' box, enter in a description of the issue. There is a drag-and-drop area where you can drag the replay, or you can use the 'Browse' button to select the replay. Select the Continue button. You'll receive a summary page with a 'Submit the Ticket' button.
The IS-3 is a Soviet tier 8 heavy tank. Mass production of the vehicle started in May 1945. On September 7,1945, IS-3 tanks took part in the Allied Victory Parade through Berlin. A total of 1170 vehicles were manufactured by the end of 1946, when production was canceled.
miju irl-x 06 Dec 2019. By definition the numbers have fallen alot and continue to fall so yes it is "dying" a slow death. PC isn't console and both games are vastly different not just in terms of gameplay but value for money also.

Tanks are extremely popular in Europe, mostly eastern Europe, because so many tank battles happened on its soil, and it's been a cultural phenomenon for a long time (a lot of european families had grand parents who were in a tank or talked about how tanks changed warfare, a lot more than in the US).
In a more general sense, this game is a pay to win game, since you definitely have an advantage if you gold the crew skills and the top gun and modules, especially in tiers 7-8-9. 3. On the other hand, some really bad players remain useless, no matter how much money they spend.
IMO, nope. It's a pay-to-progress game especially from Tier 7 which needs more XP and credits to upgrade. You don't have to pay still if you can put up with the slow grinding.
World Of Tanks is cross-platform and available for Xbox One, PS4, PC, and Xbox 360.
So it's really not just time that is saved with premium tanks and account, you get better performance and thus the game is 100% pay to win. Without a premium account or at least a tier 8 premium tank you can't expect to play tier X often at all, and keep in mind that will be the only ranked battle mode come patch.
