Both the PS4 and PS4 Slim now also support HDR for gaming thanks to Update 4.00, so if you've got a snazzy TV you can take advantage of that.

All in all it's fine to leave a PS4 running in a well ventilated room. I still place a fan towards my console to keep it cool though whenever i'm playing or when i leave it on. You can use the rest mode feature. You can leave a PS4 overnight if you plan on updating it on an evening.
Leaving on rest mode overnight is perfectly fine. I have a few friends that haven't taken their PS4 out of rest mode since launch with no problems.. Fan only stays on long enough to cool down the system then it turns off.

Disconnect the AC power cord from the electrical outlet only when the power indicator is off. If you disconnect it while the power indicator is lit or blinking, data might be lost or corrupted, and you might damage your system.
No it won't. Just don't bang it, throw it around etc, or there's potential to damage the hard drive. other than that, general moving it will cause no issues at all. All the internal cables are securely locked down, so there's no issue with them.
Its rare, but if the ps4 is doing anything at all when you unplug it, you risk data loss. Awesome, so in addition to needing twice the RAM and 4 times the storage space of modern operating systems, it lacks features that were added in the 90s like backups.
It won't kill your PS4. Just don't unplug the power cable or switch to standby mode if the console is saving/loading data, your transferring data, or downloading data. Another thing that could potentially kill the PS4 (as with any console or electronic) is if it's left in standby mode during a lightning storm.
Technically you should unplug all electronics you aren't using.
