It's entirely possible. If you move *both* Sims into houses, you can be sure they won't disappear on you, and you'll know where to find them. You can even play as both Sims, alternating. Use Manage Worlds to switch from one to the other.
Sim families from another game save cannot interact with another Sim family from a different game save. To get them to interact with each other they need to be in the same game save. To get the families and lots all into one game save.
Go to a Sims' house and click on the Simtracker which is the icon with 3 little people on it. You will see all the Sims you have created. Select the whistle icon for the Sim that you want to go to the Sims house that you are currently in.
Around the time of The Sims 3 Island Paradise, we had gotten the ability for one household to own multiple homes in The Sims 3. You could switch between the lots whenever you wish. This system already exists in The Sims 4 via buyable community lots.
All you have to do is have one of your Created sims travel to the house if the other created sim, and knock on the door. Provided they are not at work, you will be invited in even if they don't know each other (I've done this many times).

With the Spa Day Game Pack, Sims can get a Fertility Massage at the Spa or from a Sim who is practiced in the Wellness skill. You must own a massage table to get one at home, but this is reported to increase the rate of twins and triplets as well.

The sims can drink alcohol at a bar, but they won't feel dizzy or anything which is a bit dissipating. Using the alcohol mod, you can get drunk off at any bar drinks.
When a Sim carrying a Death Flower dies, the flower will be presented to the Grim Reaper, who will excitedly accept it and restore the dead Sim to life. This applies no matter how the Sim died, and a sufficient supply can render a Sim completely immortal.
Playful MoodIt's very easy for Sims who are Childish to get Very Playful (by playing with Toys), as well as Goofballs (random Moodlets for Playful). This is one of few positive Emotions that have more than just two stages - you can go beyond Very Playful all the way to Hysterics.
Use sims. add_buff buff_Enraged to instantly give your Sim the Enraged moodlet. Your Sim will die in a few hours after you used the cheat.

Ask the Sim to date.Since the two Sims have high "Friendship" and "Romance" meters, you can select the Romance dialogue category and then select Ask to Be Boyfriend or Ask to Be Girlfriend right away. This will place your Sims in a relationship.
You can also travel via a Sim's cell phone. Open it by clicking it in the bottom-left corner of the Interface, navigate to the second tab (the one with a car icon), then select the Travel… option. Sims can access almost any lot, including others' houses.
