To delete a comment on your own post or someone else's, tap the comment button, then swipe left on your comment. You can then hit the trash can symbol to delete your comment. As for editing, you can edit your comment on your own posts. Just tap the three dots icon on your post, then tap Edit.
Remove comments from a Word document
- To delete a single comment in the document, right-click the comment, and choose Delete Comment.
- To delete all the comments in the document, go to the Review tab, click the down-arrow on Delete, and choose Delete All Comments in Document.
Instagram didn't notify you when someone deleted their comments. The person gets a notification when you like or comment on a post. So the person is informed about your activity. However, if you delete the comment, he/she won't be informed.
Right-click the comment, and choose Delete Comment. To delete all the comments in the document, go to the Review tab, click the down-arrow on Delete, and choose Delete All Comments in Document. Select the content you want to comment on.
If you want to find photos you've liked, you can simply go to Settings -> Account -> Posts you've liked. But if you want to find photos you've commented theres no option in instagram. But you can download the data by going to Settings -> Security -> Download data -> request download.
How To Turn Off Comments For A Post On Instagram & Avoid All The Drama Before It Even Starts
- Update Your App.
- Open "Advanced Settings"
- Select "Turn Off Commenting"
- Select The "…" Menu On The Post.
- Tap "Turn Off Commenting"
To delete a photo or video that you've posted, tap (iPhone) or (Android) above your post and then tap Delete. Tap Delete again to confirm. You can also archive posts to hide them from your profile and make it so your followers and other people on Instagram can't see it.
You can't actually edit a comment once it's been posted. But you can delete it and rewrite/repost the comment. When you click on one of your posts in Instagram, it opens up the photo and all of the comments in a new screen. If you scroll to the bottom of the comments, there's the little comment button.
Editing Your Instagram Comments
- Find the post that you commented on. This might be one of your own posts, or someone else's post.
- Underneath the image, there will be a “Speech Bubble” icon.
- Find your comment.
- Once you've found your comment, tap and hold on it.
- Tap the comment field at the bottom of the screen.
To permanently delete your account: Go to the Delete Your Account page from a mobile browser or computer. If you're not logged into Instagram on the web, you'll be asked to log in first. You can't delete your account from within the Instagram app.
Long press on the comment you want to remove and then, from the menu that pops up, tap Delete. The person who made the comment won't get a notification, but they may notice you deleted their comment and get irate later on. If they're really causing you trouble, you can always block them entirely.
Removing a Comment Someone Else Made on Someone Else's Post
If you are not the person who posted the comment, and you are not the person whose post the comment was made on, you cannot remove the comment.It can disappear only for two reasons. User deleted the comment, or your activity feed is busy getting many activities and the comment disappear because you can see only a limited amount of activities in that tab.
Instagram conversation:
Once you delete a conversation, it will no longer be visible in your inbox. Keep in mind that this only deletes the conversation for you, and that it will still appear for other people included in the conversation.
