Assuming you do have a US PayPal Account and no bank account, all you can do is request a paper check. One other option would be if you had a PayPal Debit Card, then you could withdraw funds from your PayPal Account Balance at an ATM.
Paypal charges 4.40% + $0.30 as transaction charges. Considering the above factors, if you're receiving less than $1000, Paypal is a cheaper option whereas for amounts above $1000, it is better to opt for wire transfer (if your client doesn't mind the hassle).
