Unfortunately, all vacuums are not built the same and these products, for the most part, are not repairable when it comes to electrical motors, cords or switches. Shark does not offer any replacement parts for their vacuums, only filters. We do service Shark vacuum when it comes to tune-ups and cord replacments.
Check for a clogged hose or filter; unclog the hose and replace the filter. Wait 45 minutes for the vacuum to cool; then plug in the vacuum. Turn the power switch to the “I-On” position to start the vacuum. If the vacuum still does not start, contact Customer Service at 1-800-798-7398.

If your Shark vacuum is suddenly not docking, it could be a problem with the sensors. You can give them a quick wipe-down with a microfiber cloth to clean the sensors. It might also be that objects are in the way and it can't find the dock. If it keeps docking too early, it could be low on battery.

Often, debris stuck in your vacuum hose can stop it from running continuously. To check if there are any blockages in your hose, first detach it completely from the handle. If the coin does not easily pass through to the other side, your hose can be the reason why your shark cordless keeps turning off.
