The simplest way is to just add a second router behind the main router. Put the printer on the main router and it can but used by both networks. You would connect all your private users to the second router.
To use the web printing option, you'll need to create a free PrinterShare account and password. Printing to this printer will send the print over the internet to the printer connected to your other computer on your home network. As you can see, you don't have to configure the router or change any security settings.
You should be able to use normal UTP cables to connect the routers together. Connect any normal LAN port (don't use an "Uplink" port) on the "Internet" router to the WAN port of each of the two other routers. Illuminated Link lights at both ends of the connection should tell you when you've successfully connected.
- Use windows search and type in printers.
- Click on the option for Devices and Printers.
- Select 'Add a local printer'
- Click Create a new port, and in the dropdown menu, select Standard TCP/IP Port.
- Type the IP address into the box labeled Hostname or IP address, and click next.
Connect the "LAN" port to the "network 1" network and give it a static IP address in the "network 1" subnet. Disable any DHCP server on the router. Connect the router's "Internet" port to the "network 2" network and give it a static IP address in the "network 2" subnet.

The easiest way to enable mobile printing is to use the one sitting at home or at your office. If it is compatible with a wireless network, you can print to it directly from close by. You can also remotely send an email document to print through an app if your printer is connected to the internet.
Ensure that your wireless printer is only about 3-10 feet away from the router when setting up the wireless connection. Your printer's software and drivers should be installed on the computer that you're working on. Refer to your printer's documentation for instructions.
An advantage of a wireless printer is that documents can be printed directly from the cloud or other online data storage centres without the need to first download the document from the internet.
