Fortnite PC size has now shrunk to under 30 GB in size from 90 GB due to a recent development from Epic Games. This is to make optimizations on PC resulting in a massively reduced Fortnite file size (over 60 GB smaller), smaller downloads for future patches, and improved loading performance."
Epic Games has reduced the file size of Fortnite on PC by over 60 GB. This brings it down to between 25-30 GB in total. The overall consensus by players is that the average size of Fortnite is now 26 GB on PC.
On Epic Games forums, gamers report using anywhere between 45 and 100 MB per hour playing Fortnite. That means a typical 15-minute game uses between 12 and 24 MB of mobile data. That isn't bad. Since there are about 1,000 MB per GB, you'd need to play between 40 and 85 games of Fortnite to use just 1 GB of mobile data.
Fortnite is usually 80 gb on a Mac because the game is very poorly optimized for that system. In addition the game is very large and full of content requiring a ton of space on your hard drive. Most of the time the game won't run very well , so it's better playing on a dedicated console or a gaming pc.
PS4: 3.3 GB. PS5: 2.4 GB. PC: 1.38-1.50 GB (depending on launcher) Xbox One: 2.3 GB.
How much data does TikTok use? With our testing we found TikTok seemed to use about half as much data as Youtube. So in most cases with video set to normal quality or low quality you should be able to watch TikTok for approximately 20 hours before going over 1GB of data.
New content and updates, so naturally the file size is going to increase. Bigger the log files, longer Fortnite takes to launch. Long gaming times tend to increase the size of each file, like today I played for 4 hours, the log file is approximately 50GB.
