However, with the capability of Oculus Go, you will definitely have overheating problem from time to time (assuming you are watching high resolution videos).
What's amazing to me is that the Oculus Go delivers an experience that is good enough that, for most people, a larger VR device won't be necessary. It's a superior little headset for watching 360 videos, sampling quick immersive demos and experiencing what VR has to offer.
The Oculus Go takes VR to a new generation for people who don't want the hassles of either mobile or PC VR. For the purposes of socializing or playing simple VR experiences, this is all the headset you'll need. It's not completely operable offline, as many of the apps use a Wi-Fi connection.

To avoid the battery dying while the Oculus Go is in standby mode, the device should be fully powered off. To fully power off the Go when it is not in use, press and hold the power button while wearing the headset for 5 seconds until the power menu appears, then choose the Power off option.
If your battery is running out faster than it should, it's possible that there's something wrong with how your watch and phone are paired. You can resolve a lot of issues by un-pairing your watch and then re-pairing it as a new watch, which should wipe out any of the corruption that caused the battery glitch.
