Reset folder views with Rest View feature in Outlook 2010/2013/2016
- In the Navigation pane, click to select a folder that you will reset its view, click View > Change View, and specify a view mode from the drop down list you will restore to initial view.
- Click View > Reset View.
First, go to the Inbox (or any other folder) in your email account. Click the View tab and then click Reading Pane in the Layout section and select Off. The Reading Pane turns off in the selected folder. To apply this view to all other folders in the current email account, click Change View on the View tab.
Microsoft Outlook
- Open the Microsoft Outlook program.
- Click the View menu or tab at the top of the program window.
- Click on the Reading pane or Preview pane option.
- Select the Right or Bottom option, depending on where you want the Preview pane displayed.
To hide all message header information in the Reading Pane, please check the Hide header information option. To show all message header information in the Reading Pane, please uncheck the Hide header information option.

Make sure you don't have extra space in the header. Double-click on the header and hit the down arrow. If there are extra lines in the header, below the page number, delete them. Make sure there isn't extra space between your text and the top of the page.

- Select the email you will print without header, and click Home > Reply.
- Now the Reply Message window is opening.
- Click File > Print.
- Go ahead to specify a printer as you need, and then click the Print button.
- Close the Reply Message window without saving the email.

How to View Full Message Headers in Outlook 2019/2016
- Double-click the email message to display it in its own full window.

- Click Block [sender].
