Download apps to your Android device
- Open Google Play. On your phone, use the Play Store app .
- Find an app you want.
- To check that the app is reliable, find out what other people say about it.
- When you pick an app, tap Install (for free apps) or the app's price.
To install your apps, open your Android file explorer and browse to the folder with the APKs. Tap on each to install them, which results in a screen just like installing from a browser.

- Browse or search for the app that you want to download. If you find a game that says Arcade, subscribe to Apple Arcade to play the game.

In the iTunes app on your PC, click the Device button near the top left of the iTunes window. Click Summary. Click Restore, then follow the onscreen instructions.
iOS Update via the Cellular network or Wi-FiPress the Power button if the device does not power on automatically. If prompted, slide the Unlock switch right, to unlock the device. > General > Software Update. Tap Download and Install.
If you still can't install the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, try downloading the update again: Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage. Tap the update, then tap Delete Update. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest update.
Update software on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in iTunes on PC
- Connect your device to your computer.
- In the iTunes app on your PC, click the Device button near the top left of the iTunes window.
- Click Summary.
- Click Check for Update.
- To install an available update, click Update.
Update Your iPhone Software In The Settings App
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap General.
- Tap Software Update.
- Tap Install Now.
- The update will begin once it is verified.
- The update is complete after your iPhone restarts.
Select Settings
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to and select General.
- Select Software Update.
- Wait for the search to finish.
- If your iPhone is up to date, you will see the following screen. If your phone is not up to date, follow the instructions on the screen.

What To Do if your Android Device Won't Download or Install Apps
- Android device won't download or install apps.
- Check your free space.

- Clear the Google Play Store cache.
- Change your Google Play Store permissions.

- Tap Storage. Clear Cache.
- Next, tap Clear data.
- Re-open the Play Store & try your download again.
If the apps are still stuck on the home screen, try logging out of the App Store temporarily. Navigate to Settings -> Store -> Apple ID -> Sign Out. Navigate to the app store. Install the apps you are having a problem with on the computer then sync your iOS device.
Try signing out of the App Store and back in.If apps won't download, try signing out of the App Store and sign back in. There may be issues with the Apple ID that are fixed by just signing back into your account. To sign out and back in to the App Store: Launch the App Store app.
A lot of the time when apps are stuck waiting or not downloading on your iPhone, there's an issue with your Apple ID. Every app on your iPhone is linked to a specific Apple ID. If there's an issue with that Apple ID, apps may get stuck. Usually, signing out and back into the App Store will fix the problem.

Take the most recent backup to iCloud or iTunes and start to download and install.
