Add signatures and disclaimers to your email with Office 365
- At the top of the Outlook Web App page, click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Compose and Reply.
- In the Email signature box, type and format your signature. If you use both Outlook Web App and Outlook and want a signature in both, you need to create a signature in each.
- Click Save or press CTRL+S.

Change an email signature
- Click File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
- Click the signature you want to edit, and then make your changes in the Edit signature box.
- When you're done, select Save > OK.
Add a signature to email messages
- Choose Settings > Signature.
- Choose an account or check the Apply to all accounts box.
- Ensure the Use an email signature slider is set to On, and enter your signature. You can enter multiple lines of text. Your signature is saved automatically.
How to Create a Signature with Your Logo in Gmail
- Locate the Email Signature Tool. In Gmail, you'll find this in the settings (click the gear icon at the top right side of the page, then select “Settings” from the menu.

Microsoft Outlook enables you to insert only one signature in an email message. You can add multiple signatures within an Outlook email message by creating one signature with all the data you want.
Log in to your mailbox using Outlook Web App. Right-click your name in the folder list, and click Add shared folder. In the Add shared folder dialog box, type the name of the mailbox that you have been provided access, and click Add. The mailbox appears in your Outlook Web App folder list.

Open OWA and go to Options > Settings > Mail to edit your signature. Use Ctrl+V to paste the image you copied since context menu is not available. Check the box for automatic signature addition if needed. If automatic addition is disabled, add your signature to a new message using Insert > Your Signature.
When you click the Signature button, Outlook hangs and you are not able to add a signature. This issue occurs if you install an Office subscription on a PC that has pre-installed Microsoft Office desktop apps. Note: This issue is fixed in Office Version 1802 (Build 9029.2167) or higher.
To delete your Gmail email signature, log in to Gmail and go into your Settings area. From the General tab, scroll down until you see the Signature section. Then, simply select the “No signature” radio button and click Save Changes at the bottom.
- Open your Outlook app on your mobile device and click on the Settings gear icon.
- Under Settings, click on the Signature option.
- Enter either a generic signature that could be used for all email accounts tied to your Outlook app, or a specific signature, Per Account Signature, for each email account.

Under Options, choose Settings > Mail>Layout. Under Email signature, you can remove picture from signature and then click Save. Open a new message and then select Signature > Signatures. In the Select signature to edit box, choose the signature you want to remove logo or image.
How to Delete an Email Signature from Outlook
- Open Outlook, click on File > Options.
- From the left menu, click Mail and then click the Signatures button on the right.
- Select the signature you wish to delete and click the Delete button.

- Open your TextNow app and sign in if you aren't signed in already.
- Tap the main menu button in the top-left corner.
- Tap the Settings icon .
- Tap on Messaging.
- Tap on Signature.
- Enter the text you would like to see here, or leave it blank to remove the signature, and press OK to save.
