This includes a maximum of 500 external addresses in the To, Cc, and Bcc fields for an email, and a daily sending limit of 2,000 messages total. When you send an email to a Contact Group, each email address on the list counts towards these limits.

How to Add Contacts to Calendar on Android

Invite people to your group

If your Apps user account does not have permission to create groups under your domain, you can create a group from within the Apps admin panel (google.com/a/). The previous version of Gmail, now called “Classic Gmail,” had a drop-down at the top-left for quick access to Contacts and Tasks. The new design adds Tasks to the new right side panel, which makes sense. If contacts isn't there, click the “More” button at the bottom. You should find Contacts down here for sure.
Select the More pulldown menu directly above your contacts list and click Manage Delegation Settings. Using the Add people box, enter the email addresses of the other users you wish to share your Google contacts with. Click Share & save to finish granting the specified users access to your contacts.
