Start an online transfer requestGo to att.com/tobr. Select Transfer of Billing Responsibility. If you use your ID to manage more than one account, select the wireless account you want to transfer. Choose the numbers you want to transfer (make sure each phone can get texts).

Create and manage subaccounts
- Go to Profile > Account users.
- If you have more than one account, select the account you want to manage from the dropdown at the top.
- Select Manage subaccount users.
- Select Add a sub-account.
- Read the Terms & Conditions and select Accept.
- Complete all required fields and select Save.
Get the myAT&T app to manage your account
- Go to att.com/myattapp on your smartphone or tablet.
- Text the word myATT to 556699 from any device. We'll send you a link so you can download the app.
- Sign in to the app with the same ID and password you use to manage your account on att.com—your AT&T user ID and password.
Responses
- Visit att.com/combinebill and select Get started.
- Log into all of your existing accounts and select Continue.
- If you have multiple lines, select the number you want to associate with your new service and select Continue.
- Select which accounts you'd like to combine.
At this time, we do not allow you to split a payment. However, you can make separate partial payments. Sign in with your User ID and Password.
Subscribers can stream AT&T TV on up to twenty devices at the same time, but only when they are at home. This simultaneous streams limitation is irrespective of the plan, channel lineup, or whether signed up to a two-year or no-contract plan.
How Much is an Unlimited Plan with AT&T? AT&T unlimited plans start at $70/month (AT&T Unlimited Starter) and top out at $85/month (Unlimited Elite).
Select Settings and choose Account, then TV Provider, and finally Sign in. Search for and select AT&T TV. Select your AT&T user ID from the list (if applicable) or select Enter New and follow the prompts. Enter your password and select Done.
Use Forgot User ID/Password linkIf you do not remember your AT&T online account management User ID, try our Forgot User ID/Password? link found on the Sign In page. Select the User ID option, enter your main telephone number, select the Continue button, and then follow the instructions to retrieve your User ID.
Sign in to AT&T TV NOW in a Chrome or Safari web browser. Select Settings, then Account Details, and then Payment Info. Make changes and Save.
AT&T has officially gone nationwide with its new AT&T TV streaming service. That means DirecTV and U-verse are officially old news for the telecom giant. To be clear, DirecTV and U-verse aren't disappearing yet. However, current U-verse customers will be able to continue using their TV service.
Check wireless contract or installment plan end date
- Go to Account overview.
- Select My wireless.
- Scroll and select the device you want to manage > Manage device & features.
- At the bottom of the page, you'll find your service commitment end date.
But here's how to get your balance and due date over the phone: Wireless: Call 800.331. 0500 (or 611 from an AT&T wireless phone). All other services: Call 800.288.
How can I find my AT&T account number? Online—sign in to our app or Go to Profile > Sign-in info. Scroll to My linked accounts.
Whether you have and Android or iOS device, we can unlock it! In order to Unlock an AT&T Phone to work on another network, you will require what is called a Remote Unlock Code (all devices except iPhone). These Unlock Codes are specific according to your phone's IMEI number.
You can combine wireless, DIRECTV, U-verse TV, or AT&T Internet services on one account. Linked accounts – Multiple AT&T accounts that you can manage by signing in with one user ID. You can still receive a separate bill for each account number.

Pay your bill online
- Sign in to your online AT&T account, with your Primary Member ID.
- Select Go to Bill & Payments.
- If you have multiple accounts, select the account you want to view from the account selector at the top.
- Your previous bill activity and current bill will display.
- To pay your bill, select Make a payment.
