Forward Email as an Attachment
- Select the email you want to forward, then go to the Home tab.
- In the Respond group, select More Respond Actions.
- Select Forward as Attachment.
- In the To text box, enter the email address of the recipient.

- In the “To” field, add recipients. You can also add recipients in the “Cc” and “Bcc” fields.

- Open the email you want to send as an attachment.
- Click on the small Printer icon above the Reply button.
- In the Print pop up box, select Change under Destination and choose Save to Drive from the Google Cloud Print section.
- Press Save - this will save your email as a PDF under My Drive.

- Open a new message, or reply to or forward an existing one.
- Open the message in a new window by selecting .
- Arrange the windows so you can see both the message list and your new message.
- Select and drag the message you want to attach from the message list to your new message.

- Open the message you want to save, and on the File tab, click Print.
- From the Printer drop-down, choose Microsoft Print to PDF.
- Choose Print.
- In the Save Print Output As box, choose a folder for your PDF and enter a file name. Then choose Save.
Forward email messages as attachments in Outlook 2013
- Open Outlook 2013.
- Click New Email to start a new message.
- Click Attach Item.
- Select Outlook Item.
- In the Insert Item window, under Look in, browse to the folder with the email message you want to attach.
- Click OK.
- When the rest of the message is ready, click Send.
How to delete Mail attachments in messages
- In Mail, locate the message which has the attachment you want to delete.
- Click on the message.
- Select the Message menu in the menu bar and choose Remove attachment.
- Repeat for every message whose attachment you want to delete.
How to Disable Inline Attachments in Mail.app
- Quit the Mail application, if it is currently open.
- Open the Terminal application. (You can find it in Applications → Utilities.)
- Enter the following command: defaults write com.apple.mail DisableInlineAttachmentViewing -bool yes.
- Open the Mail application.

Email attachments are saved in the Downloads folder, available in the Dock. To specify a different location, choose Mail > Preferences, click General, then select a folder.
Here's how to read an attachment:
- Open the mail message containing the attachment.
- Tap the attachment (it appears at the bottom of the message, so you'll probably need to scroll down to see it).
- Read the attachment.
- Tap the Message button in the upper-left corner of the screen to return to the message text.
If your attachments are showing up in the body of a message and not below the subject line, then, the issue is because of the file type of the email you're sending. If you're replying to or using the Rich Text format for your email, all attachments will show up in the body of the message.
