Contact your SBI branch for the purpose. Log on to www.onlinesbi.com using Internet Banking ID and Password. Access the Profile tab and click on the Manage Beneficiary link. Select Inter Bank Payee from the options provided.
Log into your online SBI account and click on 'Enquiries' tab. Towards the left, when you click on 'Transaction limits/charges', you will be directed to the same page, whereby you will be able to see different charges for different transaction types.
There is no limit on the minimum or maximum amount you can transfer, however, individual banks may put restrictions on the per transaction amount.

The transaction limits on Mobile Banking & Net Banking are as follow: 1) Payment Gateway transaction limit is up to 10 lakh per day / per transaction. 2) Own account fund transfer — No limit (up to the available balance in debit account). 3) IMPS to registered beneficiary - up to Rs 2 Lakh per day/per transaction.
Transfers up to Rs 2 lakhs to Other Bank Accounts are done through IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) which is real-time and available 24×7 including Sundays and bank holidays. Transfers greater than Rs 2 lakhs and up to Rs 10 lakhs to Other Bank Accounts are done through NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer).

You can transfer a minimum of $1 to your bank, or your full balance if it's under $1. You can transfer up to $10,000 to your bank account or debit card in a single transfer. Within a 7-day period, you can transfer up to $20,000 to your bank account or debit card.
RTGS offers many advantages over the other modes of funds transfer: It is a safe and secure system for funds transfer. RTGS transactions / transfers have no amount cap. The system is available on all days when most bank branches are functioning, including Saturdays.

How to make a bank transfer

UBA has advised that the daily limit approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)for online funds transfer (with Secure Pass) for account maintained by individual/companies is N1,000,000.00/10,000,000.00 respectively.

The 'Card to Card Transfer' option on SBI ATMs can be availed to send cash from one SBI debit card to the other. Up to ₹ 40,000 can be transferred per day instantly. There is no limit on number of transactions.

As, compared to international card, RuPay cards are more secure because its operations are limited within India only. Therefore, data is shared between national gateways only. But using Visa Debit Card or MasterCard, the customer's data are processed internationally and hence the risk of data theft is high.

Using ATM channel: 1. With this option, you can enable or disable your ATM, which means that you can start or stop transactions through your ATM card.
