I bought a Gift Card for my Phone because I saw that Google Pay is an option to pay for Discord Nitro. It all ended up as a way to pay with your Creditcard connected to your Google Account so you actually cant pay with your Store Balance.
If the gift is the same plan as the one you already claimed (either normal nitro or nitro classic) it will be added to your account credit and will give you more time with that plan. If it's a different plan you'll need to wait for your current one to expire before you're able to use it.
