First, Kurse did NOT fight Thor at full power. If you notice, Thor was disarmed of Mjolnir and didn't get a chance to land any actual hammer strikes (minus the throw) or lightning on Kurse. It was simply hand to hand, and Thor was without his defining power. Hulk is stronger, Kurse is more durable.
