Using your phone as a presentation remote control
You connect the phone to the PC via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi (you generally have to install an application on the PC), and then you can go to the next or previous slide by swiping a finger on the phone screen or pressing a button.Prezi's mobile app has many great features to help you enhance your presentation. - Access the Google Play Store from your Android device.

However if you want to offer a printed version…of your presentation you can export your Prezi as a PDF.… To do this start on your dashboard…and you can either click the down arrow… under the presentation, and here chose Export PDF…or you can click the menu, and here click the PDF icon.…
To begin you first need to export your Prezi into a PDF format and this can be done within the Edit mode of your Prezi. Open the PDF document and from File menu click on Print, or CTRL + P. This will open the print menu, where you can customize your Prezi to be in the handouts view.
Prezi doesn't allow a direct Powerpoint (PPT) conversion, but there's a nifty process that will have your persuasive presentation up in no time!

Click on the Your Prezis button, and select the Prezi you wish to share. At the bottom of the screen, click the Share button. Then click the Download button. Choose the first option and then click the Download button.
In fact, Prezi has several offline solutions for people who would like to access their presentations without an Internet connection. Prezi for Windows/Mac allows you to download your presentations so that you can present them offline, no matter where you are.
At least there's privacy for the first 30 days, so a company could test Prezi under a real-world scenario. Beyond that, to make presentations private, the Prezi Enjoy license costs $59 per year with 500 MB of storage. For $159, Prezi Pro offers 2000 MB with the option to work offline.
If you would like to save the presentation to your computer, you can download the presentation as a portable prezi. They are standalone versions of presentations for presentation purposes only. If you would like to edit presentations offline, you need to download Prezi Desktop.
To open Prezi Classic, click in the upper left corner next to the logo. This toggle switches you between the new Prezi and the old one. As easy as it is to switch between the two Prezis, you would think that it would be easy to import one into the other.

Unique and dynamic, Prezi is free-form presentation software that's terrific for informal and unstructured information. But if you're looking for a slide-based alternative to PowerPoint, this isn't it. Prezi is a cloud-based productivity app that creates presentations that are unlike anything else.

To print a prezi
Select the share icon from the top-menu in Edit mode. It will take a few seconds for Prezi Classic to convert the path steps into pages. When it is ready, you will be prompted to save your prezi as a PDF file. After selecting Save PDF you will prompted to name the PDF and choose where to save it.There are a number of different reasons why your prezi won't work. If you're not using the correct hardware or Internet browser, Prezi won't work. Your system security settings can prevent it from working correctly. If your browser settings are incorrect, Prezi won't work.
